Estaciona is the brand that was created to publicize and advertise the residential parking spaces that belong to the council-owned parking lot company. The positioning matches parking space properties with their convenience to users and the time gained in arriving home.

You're home already

We highlight the value of arriving home relaxed and earlier than expected as a benefit to whoever is weighing up the purchase of a parking space. Using the Estaciona brand, we opened up the offer of residential parking spaces to every Malaga resident who wanted to find both information and a solution that was tailor-made to their economic circumstances.


Conversation spaces

The idea of the parking lot as an extension to home, along with a business with a homely feel to it, led us to decorate the inside of the information kiosks as if they were living rooms. This meant that people could talk in a relaxed manner, with a cup of coffee, indirect lighting, and a low table for sharing some time together.

Pick your price

The online channel and website design for selling the parking space properties seemed somewhat removed from a prudent real-estate purchase in the midst of an economic crisis. Nonetheless, we provided users with a microsite that allowed them to suggest a price to match their personal finances by entering just three pieces of information. This meant that a large part of the work was already done, leaving the commercial team to complete the sales. If you can't choose your new boss, at least, choose the price of your parking space.
